## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting or ordering from Petal & Pop Co., you agree to these Terms of Service. Not into it? No worries — just don't use the site.
## 2. Our Products
All bouquets are handmade with love and subject to what's in season. If a specific flower isn't available, we'll swap it for something equally lovely. Photos are aspirational — your actual bouquet may vary slightly (but it'll be gorgeous, promise).
## 3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders when needed — you'll always get a full refund if that happens.
## 4. Delivery
We deliver within our local service area. Delivery windows are estimates — traffic, weather, and other surprises can happen. Petal & Pop Co. is not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
## 5. Returns and Refunds
Flowers are perishable, so all sales are final. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, drop us a line within 24 hours with photos and we'll sort it out together.
## 6. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically on your chosen schedule. You may pause or cancel at any time before the next billing date. Refunds are not issued for subscription cycles already processed.
## 7. Intellectual Property
Everything on this site — photos, copy, design, branding — belongs to Petal & Pop Co. and is protected by copyright. Please don't copy it without asking us first.
## 8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is capped at the value of your order. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages of any kind.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
